OVERVIEW
Finocchio Consulting is seeking a Partner Planning and Operations Specialist to join our Marketing, Channel Partner solutions, and Communication services team. This role delivers planning and operations services to support operations for internal planning for Global Partner Marketing team within our client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Operations
- Drive and implement a planning and operations plan with the leader of the team.
- Ensure operational activities and deadlines are reflected on required calendars with necessary reminders.
- Execute effective updates to the Global Partner Marketing team members with a cadence of communications (both outbound and on demand tools).
- Refresh and maintain department's SharePoint site for internal consumption.
- Facilitate and track quarterly and annual business planning.
- Facilitate and support quarterly business review (QBR) process from creating presentation template, to collecting and synthesizing team's quarterly metrics to preparing the QBR presentation.
- Drive the Insights and Analytics requirements for the Global Partner Marketing team based on aligning to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify and work with stakeholders to delivers on the data required to measure against requirements
- Collaborate with team members to monitor budget spend and allocation and interface with organization's Finance resource.
-Work with colleague to manage Global Partner Marketing surveys and partner community calls including track actions, follow up status, and provide analysis and insights.
- Maintain brand compliance on all materials.
- Moderate and execute Workplace Resource and Human Resource asks.
- Support management with internal training compliance reporting.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or Communications or related experience preferred
- 5+ years of high-tech B2B experience, preferably in a Marketing, Business Operations, Planning, or Communications role
- Working with a partner marketing, partner program, or field marketing team desired
- Demonstrated success with project management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report metrics
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (with attention to SharePoint, Excel, & PPT), Smartsheet, and Webex preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills a plus
