Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Product Management, Stanford Health Care
Full time, hybrid (Palo Alto and remote).
Job ID: R214696.

Stanford Health Care's MyHealth team develops the digital health software our patients use to manage their care. Our mission is to manifest the patients' interests in a software tool that anyone can understand, anyone can use. As evidenced in real-world data, we find that more informed patients are better patients—they are more engaged in their care, smarter about their conditions and treatments, and achieve better outcomes.

The small MyHealth Business Analysis team is responsible for tracking and analyzing the metrics that drive our results, and for converting numbers into opportunities that can improve patients' lives. We work closely and collaboratively with our self-contained software development team to develop and build useful MyHealth features. We seek every opportunity to talk directly with patients, their families and caregivers to associate the personal and the human with the data.

Our team is looking for a strong individual contributor who leads by example and who is motivated to improve health outcomes for Bay Area residents, and to introduce digital health care innovations that can lead the way for the rest of the country to follow. This person can dig into data to derive novel insights and then present the compelling story the data reveal to executives to effect positive change in our patient care. We seek an analytical, flexible, and curious person able to also function as a product/marketing/project manager, whatever it takes to bring software features to life that produce better outcomes for our patients. The role requires knowledge in at least 3 of 4 of: software development, data analytics, the health care ecosystem, and a proven capability for producing high quality written and visual collateral such as marketing materials and functional descriptions.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science, engineering, business management, health administration or a related field. An advanced degree or clinical training is preferred.
