Inventures Marcom Program Manager:
An Inventures Marcom Program Manager provides services to Inventures alliance and association clients by supporting and interfacing with the Executive Director, Director of Communications (both Inventures team members), plus the client Board of Directors and client Committee/Working Group Chairs when needed. The Manager acts as an overall coordinator of client marcom activities and as a go-between between the client and Inventures staff who are providing other services to the client. This role could be fully remote.
Marcom Program Managers typically provide the following types of job functions to clients (as needed):
Marketing & Communications Committee Support – Provide administration support for client committees [number of committees supported and amount of support provided will vary based on size of the client] – including:
Coordination with committee chairs and executive leadership
Committee meeting and agenda coordination
Coordinate meeting logistics
Participate in meeting
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Track action items and deliverables
Calendar management
Create and maintain member portal/workspace document repository folder structure
Provide Committee Chair with periodic financial updates and assist with budget evaluation and planning
Assist with special projects and initiatives (document archives, membership recruitment and retention programs, etc.)
Marketing Committee Deliverables
Quarterly marketing metrics report and slides
Newsletter coordination, content production, and editing (member and external)
Provide input and manage marketing plan and marketing KPIs/DRIs
Coordinate and manage press release distribution
Coordinate marketing giveaways and manage marketing inventory
Support industry event marketing endorsements
Develop or coordinate collateral design and production
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, WeChat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Organize webinars and internal virtual meetings
Website (design implementation and maintenance/content updates)
White paper development and management
Develop/proofread/edit press releases, blogs, presentations and other collateral
Support content creation and membership communications
Manage event calendars
Manage co-marketing support with liaison organizations
