We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via events, webinars, SEO/SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising and marketing with partners. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. - Develop strategies, design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline

- Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations and revenue

- Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and GTM team for both granular tracking, reporting and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales

- Oversee vendor selection and contracts as needed

Responsibilities
- Create and execute a demand generation plan and strategy that aligns with key business goals
- Increase new leads through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics
- Track, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns on a regular basis
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead generation campaigns are aligned
- Build out and improve marketing automation processes, lead scoring and CRM integrations
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid distribution channels, SEO/SEM, webinars, virtual events, shows, email, PPC, social media, website, content engagement and blogs
- Present to sales and marketing executives to get buy-in, secure necessary budgets and report on results
- Will be responsible for driving key metrics such as Number of marketing qualified leads, Number of sales qualified leads, Marketing funnel progression and Conversion Rate (for landing pages, content)
You will measure key ROI KPI metrics like cost per acquisition per channel, lead to customer ratio per channel, etc.

- Strategic – You can think critically about both the marketing team's goals as well as the core business objectives to devise and execute a strategy that meets these needs
- Analytical - As a strategist, you are comfortable analyzing large quantities of data, working in Google Analytics and Excel, doing customer persona research, analyzing competitors and measuring their results
- Ready - You can jump in to rapidly build campaigns for industry segments built on a shared foundation. To cut through market noise while leveraging available resources, you think in terms of configurable programs and create a common foundation with laser-focused elements that can be used to tailor efforts toward a few key segments.
- Comfortable running experiments - You create a hypothesis, set up a marketing experiment to test it and then analyze and report on the results
- Data-driven – You have a data-driven approach and are comfortable with analytical tools to analyze and drive key programs, reports and metrics
- Great writer – You have good writing skills and help write some of the content
- Proven marketing chops – Proven enterprise SaaS B2B platform demand gen experience with demonstrated high growth
- Ability to speak to both business (supply chain/operations) and modern IT perspectives
- Familiar with most popular marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, etc.
- Organized – You are skilled at juggling multiple priorities, with an eye for detail, and have excellent project management skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in enterprise SaaS products
- Passionate, self-driven individual and team player who enjoys working with great teams
- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEO/SEM and paid digital
- Experience with running webinars, virtual events and tradeshows
- Extensive experience creating and running omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
- Extensive experience with Martech tools like Hubspot and ABM tools like Marketo
- A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work

This is a full-time, salaried position located in Silicon Valley. There is flexibility for remote work, but we prefer that the employee be located in the Bay Area.
