Director of Growth Marketing, Traditional/Non-digital Channels

FLOWER CO. is adding a Director of Marketing to help us manage and develop FLOWER CO.'s Growth Marketing team. This Director will be reporting in to the Director of Growth (Marketing, Product, and Engineering) and will have a team of Marketers focused on Lifestyle, Email/SMS, and Programs.

The Director of Growth Marketing will be bringing experience and passion for Traditional Marketing approaches. You will be going old-school, re-discovering and implementing strategies for engaging with our customers on an emotional level.

This Director may be located remotely anywhere in California.

What you'll do
• Manage all offline user acquisition efforts including street teams, events, college activities, partnerships, and experiential activations
• Find new offline growth opportunities through partnerships with local businesses (i.e. head shops), groups, and non-profits (i.e. Veterans groups)
• Partner with local Ops teams to rapidly grow successful channels across multiple markets


Who you are
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
• 6+ years' of growth and offline marketing experience primarily at high-growth e-commerce, mobile commerce, and delivery companies
• At least 2 years' experience managing and executing positive return on investment offline campaigns
• Direct experience managing events, street teams, and offline brand activations
• Experience managing to growth models based on CAC and LTV
• Excellent management and mentorship skills
• Additional experience working with cannabis specific channels like Weedmaps and Leafly is a plus
