NOTE: This is a part-time contracting opportunity.

Our high-tech client is seeking a program specialist for their North America Microsoft Alliance. This person will manage quarterly and annual budgets, MDF/JMF claiming process and support the sales team in reaching revenue goals.

This person will be responsible for the following:

* Managing Microsoft MDF Process in internal systems including submission, approval, purchase orders, invoicing and proof of performance.

* Managing Microsoft's JMA process including requests, purchase orders, invoicing and proof of performance

* Analyzing spend and communicating results and metrics for planning purposes

On an as-needed basis, this person will be responsible for the following:

Participate in strategic quarterly planning, in alignment with North America and worldwide objectives and goals.

* Plan and write materials for marcom activities to support initiatives (HPE Newsbytes, BeHPE Digest article submissions, align with other e-newsletters as appropriate).

* Execute tactics associated with sales and marketing programs including incentives, webinars, email campaigns, and social media.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 7 years of budget and MDF experience
- Must have +7 years of program management experience
- Must be a good communicator with great attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
