Small South San Jose Bicycle Company seeking a Part Time/Temporary Credit and Collections Clerk
Qualifications:
- 3+ years related work experience
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Attention to details and organization; quick learner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with NetSuite Accounting Software preferred
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- AR calls
- Sales order approvals
- Provide customer service
- Distribution of mail
- Posting of payments
- Reconciliation
- Assess monthly finance charges
- Monthly statements
- Monthly AR reports
- Process dealer applications
- Set up new accounts
- Create and maintain customer files
- Update existing accounts
Position: Temporary/Part time
Duration: Approximately 4 months
Hourly wage: DOE
Position: Temporary/Part time approx. 25+ hours per week (possibly full time after 30 days)
Duration: Approximately 4 months
