Title: Business Operation Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 7+ months with Quarterly Renewal

Responsibilities:

Looking for a Business Operation Manager with Financial background.

- Results reporting
- Metrics and dashboard creation
- Budget analysis
- Enabling executive decisions on strategy and resource alignment -Activity tracking -Account targeting/coverage strategy -Short term and long range organizational planning

The ideal candidate should possess the following...

- Strong aptitude for quantitative reasoning.
- Capable of developing and timely delivering on a range of business performance metrics.
- Good understanding of general financial accounting methods.
- Creative information visualization skills in support of report development activities
- Excellent business data management, manipulation, and analysis skills; particularly with very disparate data systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database environments, strong Excel, and power point skills
- Excellent collaboration and communications skills.

Education and Experiences
5+ years work experience relative to the majority of the above.
Education and/or career backgrounds in operations research, management information science, business economics & accounting
