· 2+ years of work experience in a relevant job position (Software Engineer/.Net Developer). · Knowledge of Object Oriented programming concepts. · Good Analysis skills. · Smart problem solving skills. · Strong Experience in C#. · Strong ASP.Net Experience. · Strong HTML, XML, JavaScript and AJAX Skills are must. · Strong MS SQL Server experience. · Strong ADO.Net Experience · Solid background in Web 2.0 programming techniques.(preferred, not mandatory) · Solid background in building Web Portals. · Strong Experience in Multi-Tiers architecture. · Good communications skills.
