Pre-Sales Engineer- NY Metro:

As part of sales team you will be working directly with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.
You will directly interface with customers to understand key technical and business requirements via a guided discovery process and translating requirements into solutions with a focus on designing, coordinating and delivering a custom PoC (mapped to technical value proposition) and demonstrating technical use cases.



In this role you will:
- Be the customer's trusted advisor mapping the product/solution to customer needs provide the best solution

- Own the POC process managing the project with customers end to end

- Lead a technical and business discussions addressing comparison to alternative/s and perform a technical deep dive on solution architecture

- Support sales team; work directly with product management and R&D feeding requirements and priorities

- Evangelize the company unique platform solutions


Requirements:
- 2 or more years experience in a pre-sales, or solutions architect role working with customers
- 7 or more years of experience building enterprise solutions with Middleware, Big Data tools and frameworks using Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra, NoSQL etc. as well as ETL like processing
- Prior experience with In-Memory Data Grids / Distributed Systems
- Proven experience working with various Databases: Relational and NOSQL
- Hands on coding/scripting experience: Python / Java – Must
- Experience working on/with Machine Learning / Data Science products such as Apache Spark and Tensorflow
- BS/MS CS-EE



Pluses:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with Cloud-Native and Cloud Data Services such as – S3, RedShift, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EMR, etc
- Scala / .Net
- Web development or JavaScript programming skills

Channel Marketing Manager- New York US East Coast

Join a mature pre-ipo market leader in Hybrid Cloud platform offering to drive relationships with partnerscreating content, outreach via social media to enable partners. The company has a very good culture and team atmosphere.

You will also create and manage programs to enhance partner demand and pipeline and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement strategy, and programs.

Background and required experience:

- You have 5 or more years B2B experience in a partner marketing role in the tech industry (Data Management is ideal)
- You enjoy working with channel partners ( Great plus to have worked at a channel partner)
- You have proven ability to plan, get things done, and scale marketing campaigns
- Bachelors degree

Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager - Embedded to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape and drive an already large portion of our business that is growing rapidly. You will be working with customers who have chosen to leverage Workato technology within their application to deliver robust integration capabilities that further enhance the value of their product. Using Workato in an embedded fashion enables companies to bring workflow and integration extensions to their platform much faster and with deeper functionality than would be available if they were to build it themselves. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Embedded customers

Guide customers along their journey to get the most out of their investment in Workato by advising them through the onboarding, implementation, Go-Live, alignment, renewal, and expansion phases of the customer lifecycle

Serve as a trusted advisor in key areas such as Go To Market strategies, product capabilities, and customer adoption

Align with executive sponsors on key objectives and measuring success

Deliver on ambitious Net Revenue Retention goals for Workato

Evaluate renewal risk and mitigate revenue loss

Execute regular executive business reviews to ensure alignment with customer goals, inspire product expansion, and plan to resolve any outstanding items

Serve as the primary point of escalation if customer issues arise, then troubleshoot and ensure quick resolution

Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform decision-making on the product roadmap

Serve as the customer's advocate within Workato

Requirements
BS or equivalent education; MBA preferred

7+ years of experience in consulting, product or sales operations, COO operations or similar roles that have direct experience working with customers to help them realize value

Consulting or roles with direct customer facing experience a plus

Impressive track record of high customer retention and revenue growth desired

Integration technology knowledge

Strong sense of customer empathy and being customer centered

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills

Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Ability to collaboratively build assets and materials for customers and colleagues

Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environment

A passion for and belief in the power of automation to drive business value
