Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Content Strategist for a client in San Jose, CA. The team is looking for a person to lead end-to-end learning and help content strategy content teams. In this role, you will work with instructional designers, writers, data analysts, UX designers & researchers, product managers, and customer support strategists to deliver extended learning and help content strategies at scale. You'll collaborate with creative and technical teams, as well as subject matter experts, to deliver clear, empathetic, engaging content experiences that are customer-focused and align to strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Drive large-scale content strategy projects aimed at scaling the client's help and learn ecosystem through self-serve content experiences
• Collaborate with data analysts to define content KPIs across key journey touchpoints and implement a measurement recipe to ensure content teams are empowered to measure the impact of their work
• Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process and release cycles, influencing strategic decisions across and within products to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency across platforms
• Work with cross-functional client partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate for solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
• Define the content strategy for a given project or product release, collaborating with instructional designers and writers to create clear and concise content across multiple touchpoints
• Help client's users feel empowered to learn our products and self-solve troubleshooting issues
• Work with other content strategists to maintain and evolve content strategy standards, voice and tone guidelines and help evangelize our practice across the company
• Develop content frameworks, product narratives, and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of content strategy
• Approach all of your work with a global mindset, advocate for designs and language that internationalize well, and work with our translations team to improve quality
• Share your work with other content strategists, provide feedback on their work, and contribute to the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Work without close supervision but seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers


Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in enterprise content strategy
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Proven time management and consensus-building skills
• Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
• Experience writing content for web/mobile products and developing content playbooks preferred
• Experience leading large content efforts coupled with the capability to juggle and prioritize many projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and self-driven approach to work
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence

This is a long-term, remote, 40 hours a week project, renewed quarterly. Hourly rate $65-75/hr depending on experience.

Engineering Project Manager (eCommerce, retail)

OTM is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to contribute to the development of eCommerce large scale applications. This project is long term (1+year) for a direct Fortune 500 Client.

Required Skills/Experience:
10+ years overall Software Project Management
Strong Experience with eCommerce/Retail large scale application development
Agile Development practices
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science

Deliverables:
-Manage the project from the requirements/analysis phase through warranty
-Work with teams to review and analyze business requirements and work with teams to understand any gaps in requirements between business and technical teams
-Coordinate technical design discussions with business and engineering teams
-Coordinate and schedule work
-Project Plan
-Sprint Plan working with development and testing teams
-Facilitate engineering and testing team stand up meetings to manage deliverables and resolve technical issues
-Ensure all required checkpoints and release deliverables are met
-Responsible for project artifacts, storage, documentation and regular status meetings
- Strong project management, project leadership, technical and communication skills are required to successfully deliver the project

Scope:
Manage the project from the design phase through the warranty period with the following deliverables:
• Weekly status reporting
• Manage weekly cross-functional status mtgs with technical and business teams
• Manage daily stand ups with the core dev and testing teams
• Remove blockers on a daily basis to ensure the team moves forward
• Ensure the requirements and UX are analyzed, gaps logged and closed, and approved
• Develop detailed project plan and sprint planning with development and testing teams
• Facilitate with engineers a high level architecture
