Encore Fellowships match seasoned professionals, typically with 20+ years experience, who wish to transition their skills to the social impact sector for a paid stipend, networking and education.
A nonprofit focused on housing for youth and young adults in the foster system and juvenile justice system in Northern California, seeks a Development Fellow. Candidate can be located outside SF Bay Area.
As Director of Development, the Fellow will utilize relationship and planning and execution skills to build funds from individual donors.
Position: Full-time for six months or part-time for twelve months
Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours
Location: Candidates can be located in or outside CA

Project scope:
Develop partnership opportunities with nonprofits and small businesses in San Francisco. Need a person with business development or partnership development experience.
Stipend: $25K for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 15 hours a week for 16 months
Work Location: For SAN FRANCISCO candidates only.
