Envision Technology Marketing Group (ETMG) is seeking an experienced Web designer for a short-term project, available to start immediately.

Our client is looking for a mid-level web designer who can help with web page authoring as they look to migrate from their current domain to a new domain. The client team will supply content and general design direction, and work within their component library. There will also be a coding element.

This project is 30 hours a week and is expected to last a minimum of 4-6 weeks, with a possibility of an extension to 10 weeks; the first 2 weeks will be training.

The designer MUST have experience with HTML and CSS and knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager required.

Additional Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of web design
• Ability to take direction, proof your own work
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Experience in responsive web design
• Working knowledge of Creative Suite
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Accustomed to working on multiple projects at a time
• Attention to detail is critical

30 hour a week project, hourly rate DOE

We are seeking a true Product Content writer to work directly in the client's Global Content Marketing Team to craft short and long-form product content for the blog and website. You'll use clear, approachable, and conversational language to distill complex topics and inspire readers to take action. You're a great fit if you have excellent writing skills and have worked or currently work for a tech company, preferably in the application or network performance space (although not a requirement). You're curious by nature and have a bias for taking action and getting work done in a highly efficient manner. This is a salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What you will be doing:

Write meaningful and persuasive product content for our website, blog, growth landing pages, SEO initiatives, and paid ads
Become a product content authority by educating yourself on the features, values and benefits of our software solution and staying up to date on new releases and enhancements
Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, brand, and other teams to craft product content that educates prospects and customers about the unique features and values our software solutions
Manage content projects and ensure delivery of work to key stakeholders in a timely manner

What you bring:

Portfolio of written work that showcases your writing and ability to create compelling product content
At least 2 years of experience in product content writing or related field
Knowledge of the software space or a willingness to get up to speed on it quickly
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to distill complex topics into digestible and relevant narratives
Self-activating and solution-oriented approach to getting work done
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

(ETMG) is seeking a full-time Project Manager to act as the primary point of contact for client accounts and lead day-to-day account management and projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-tech marketing or a related field. LOOKING FOR LOCAL BAY AREA CANDIDATES ONLY, PLEASE.

This person will be a well-rounded and motivated performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment to assist with Marketing budget processes, including opening Purchase Orders, tracking budget spending, and initiating new vendor onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
• Read and process financial documents (SOWs, POs, Insertion Orders, Estimates)
• Ensure documents are complete including verifying correct dates, counter-signed, project descriptions & payment terms identified
• Create Purchase Requisitions by submitting documents through Coupa system ensuring the correct cost center, commodity codes & descriptions are used
• Trouble-shoot all Purchase Request processing team's questions in a timely manner.
• Frequent communications with the Product Marketing team members who initiate request to ensure all details of the Purchase Request are correct and understood
• Ensure all spend is tracked through Smartsheet budget tracker forms
• Responsible for tracking vendor invoices to ensure they are submitted for each quarter ahead of the budget close timeline.
• Initiate New Vendor Onboarding process through Process Unity System and track to completion

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of work experience in a project-based environment role with significant budget responsibility
• Excel, and Smartsheet proficiency a MUST. Familiarity with Coupa financial system is a plus.
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Must have a proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and client accounts
•Ability to execute defined plans provided by and for the client; must have familiarity with established brand guidelines and implement those guidelines
• Experience with CRM and project management tools, cloud-based document storage systems, and Office365 apps
• Strong organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally
• Problem solver and ability to follow-through autonomously
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• This is a remote position; the candidate must be set up to work from a home office environment

The salary range for this opportunity is $80,000 – 85,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits (including paid holidays, PTO, and medical, dental, vision).
