Encore Fellowships are paid opportunities for seasoned professionals to use their skills in the social impact sector for 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year. Fellowships come with a $25,000 stipend, education and networking opportunities.

Needed: Two non profits need HR skills.

1) HR management (onboarding, recruitment, HR compliance, performance evaluation, organizational leadership)
-- for a nonprofit focused on improving equity in education
-- Bay Area preferred but candidates in Pacific time states will be considered
-- Candidates must be knowledgeable about CA state employment laws

Netchannels is looking for an Industry Analyst Relations Specialist for our client: Google Cloud.

PLEASE READ: This is NOT a business Analyst Role, a Data Analyst role but instead a Corporate Communication position. Also note that due to Covid, this position can be remote.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Analyst Relations Specialist will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Analyst Relations (AR) program for Google Cloud verticals industries

Analyst Relations Team

You will be a key member of the Analyst Relations Team. You will collaborate with senior executives in the Cloud business unit and marketing as well as their teams. You will work closely with key internal and external partners to develop and deliver programs that improve influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of our client's Cloud strategy globally across their portfolio.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of analyst community globally, able to assess influence, tier and priority; Develops strong relationships with the key influencers
Key strategic advisor to executives and business partners; ability to bring insight and feedback into the business to help inform strategies and decisions
Full understanding of business priorities, competitive, regulatory, GTM issues etc
Development and management of a Verticals AR plan that supports the business priorities
Ability and willingness to serve as a content expert and spokesperson when working with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Collaborates closely with other Corp Comm partners to drive integrated plans and strategies
Responsible for identifying strong spokespeople and applying the right people in the right places
Ongoing communication and measurement of programs (metrics)
Drives and reinforces best practices, processes and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

You have 4-5 years of experience in business/communications or related field
You have Analyst RElations experience in the high tech industry
You are comfortable developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations
You have experience pulling together integrated communications plans
You have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle change in real time
You have the ability to move quickly - assess the situation, aggregate data, make a decision and move.
You are comfortable working with senior level executives
Digital/social media presence a plus
