Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a savvy, strategic, proactive communications professional who loves storytelling and is passionate about media relations to join the HPE Global Communications team.
The PR Director, Business & Product Communications will lead external communications for the Business Groups across HPE and will play a vital role in telling the story of HPE's strategy and business model transformation. He or she will lead the Business & Product Communications PR team, and partner with Marketing and Business Group leadership to drive product launches, executive thought leadership, customer PR, partner PR, and creative campaigns. This will role set the PR strategy and lead media relations for HPE's business, product, and innovation agendas.

The ideal candidate must have experience leading a PR team and a proven track record of generating results and business impact. He or she must be an excellent and prolific writer, capable of translating technical jargon and complex concepts into compelling, differentiated, and concise content. This candidate should be a voracious consumer of news and social media content, bring a growth mindset, and be a curious researcher to find interesting connections to HPE and the broader trends taking place in business, technology, and the global economy.

Responsibilities include:

- Strategy: set and execute the external communications strategy for HPE Business Groups, as well as the HPE CTO.
- Media relations: develop strong relationships with media and influencers across a range of categories and ecosystems. Continue to research, identify, and develop relationships with new journalists. Understand what makes a good story, flag trends and opportunities to insert HPE into broader narratives.
- Product launches: drive seamless, organized product launch process that delivers strong, effective content and generates results across a range of media and influencers.
- Partner communications: set and execute partner communications strategy for HPE, including with channel partners, colocation providers, independent software vendors, service providers, and systems integrators.
- Customer PR and storytelling: announce, showcase, and tell the stories of HPE customers, to prove momentum and success in HPE's transformation, and the business impact HPE solutions deliver to customers.
- Measurement: leverage measurement to gain insights into key drivers and trends in the industry, benchmark against peer companies, and set targets to grow and improve results over time.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

- Leadership: proven ability to establish trusted relationships at the senior-executive level and collaborate with multiple partners and stakeholders, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and lead and inspire their teams. Present compelling plans and develop consensus around a particular point of view.
- Business acumen: understand HPE strategy, business group strategy, and innovation roadmap, and the role differentiated technology and solutions can play in driving business results for a technology vendor. Understand how to tie HPE solutions and offerings to business benefits, solutions, and outcomes for HPE's customers.
- Social media: leverages social media to gain insights into trends and the POV of journalist and influencers, and actively engages on social media to advocate for HPE and share news and compelling content (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms).

The ideal candidate has:

- A Bachelor's degree and at least ten to fifteen years of PR / corporate communications experience, preferably at tech PR agencies and / or fast-paced, high-tech companies.

Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist, Life Sciences

Cellecta, a small, privately-owned, Mountain View, CA-based biotechnology company, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented life sciences digital marketing coordinator or specialist to develop and implement email and social media marketing campaigns and assist with other outbound marketing activities.

The company currently offers libraries, services, and related products for CRISPR/RNAi genetic screening and PCR/NGS-based RNA expression analysis. We are looking for an individual with the skills and background required to implement and optimize successful digital marketing campaigns. This will include primary responsibility for creating and sending periodic e-mail marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and lead nurturing, customer database management and maintenance, as well as campaign reporting analytics. The person will also be expected to help with social media posts, website updates, digital advertising support, development of landing pages and creation of other marketing materials, as needed.
Requirements:

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Proven success creating and sending marketing e-mails and landing pages, as well as generating reports and analytics
Experience with Mailchimp, marketing automation tools and Google Analytics
Website management skills, with an understanding of SEO, and social media savvy
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite
Organized and dependable, with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms would be a plus
Experience in marketing or selling to laboratory scientists preferred
Degree in Marketing or related field and/or background in life sciences would be a plus

You, the experienced marketer will and transform the outbound marketing function, including demand generation, field marketing and marketing operations globally. Also, you oversee the US, EMEA and APAC teams. You'll be the right-arm to the CMO.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the Company's marketing initiatives for demand generation, field and channel marketing
and marketing operations.
• Create the demand generation strategy and lead the marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns that
continue to deliver sales results.
• Oversee and enhance the Account-based Marketing (ABM) strategies and messaging to engage customers and i
increase marketing effectiveness.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for global lead generation efforts, including management of the
business development representatives (BDRs).
• Lead the marketing operations function, continually measure the level of success of marketing campaigns and
programs and make adjustments and recommendations to optimize marketing execution.
• Apply critical thinking to metrics to determine which marketing levers can be deployed to improve marketing
effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with GTM strategies in the field and to
deliver results for the global sales team and channel partners
• Employ common standards and practices for measurement and analysis of outbound marketing results across
all channels.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of related marketing leadership experience, in cybersecurity, ideally in Operational
Technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS) and/or IoT industries.
• Proven track record of success in delivering marketing and sales results in a high-growth environment.
• Deep experience-demand generation, field marketing, marketing operations, & ABM.
• Strategic thinker who can assess metrics and make enhancements to improve marketing.
• Strong leadership skills; capable of building, empowering, and developing the marketing team.
• Background in digital marketing.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; ability
to meet deadlines and work independently.
