Channel Impact is seeking a Diversity Communications Manager, Level II to join our team. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with our client's organization to develop their communication strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of sales through successful marketing campaigns, and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products and services.
This is a salaried position with Channel Impact that includes benefits. This remote role is open to candidates within the U.S. and Canada.
What you will do:
Create effective communication strategies
Coordinate external and internal communications flow (e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
Write content for program websites
Collaborate and coordinate with other Marketing staff to ensure consistency in media, messages and assist digitalization & design teams with collateral and content development, revisions, printing and production requirements
Develop, organize and implement compelling, relevant communications and marketing action plans that will engage the target addressable market (TAM)
Research, analyze, write, review and edit articles, media updates, copy, digital content, newsletters, and other for print and digital platforms
Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
Drive ongoing process improvements
Other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
3 - 5 years relevant work experience
Strong written and oral skills
Experienced leader and collaborator
Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Knowledge of Monday.com
Proficiency using Webex Meetings and Team

AlterG is looking for a talented, self-motivated, organized and committed individual for the Purchasing Manger position to lead the purchasing team at our headquarters located in Fremont, CA. This is a fully time, non-exempt job reporting to the VP of Operations.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Purchasing Manager will oversee and direct the activities of the purchasing department, as well as hires and manages appropriate team members. Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions, to meet AlterG business plan and forecast objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Assesses current material availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on the market, delivery systems, and other variables.
• Ensures that the MRP system accurately represents current lead-times and that the forecast is maintained at all times such that Purchasing is on track for materials on-hand, on-order and that inventory turns are within stated bounds.
• Responsible for managing the COGS for products, working with Engineering on alternative constructions and suppliers to maintain target margins.
• Ensure that New Product Development is supported to ensure on-time and on-cost product releases.
• Drafts, explains, and implements instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.
• Evaluates and approves conditions for issuing and awarding bids.
• Resolves grievances with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Acts as the company's representative in negotiations with suppliers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Minimum 3 years supervising purchasing in a manufacturing environment and/or engineering environment.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others.
• Understanding of business and management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems and applications, BOM structures, ECO's, and material planning procedures. NetSuite / Demand Caster knowledge a plus
• Ability to work well across departmental lines, must interface with internal and external personnel at all levels
• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications
• AA Degree required. Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• CPM Desirable

AlterG is looking for a talented, self-motivated, organized and committed individual for the Buyer position to support our manufacturing operations at our headquarters located in Fremont, CA. This is a fully time, non-exempt job reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY
Review, plan, interpret and implement material requirement purchases of machined, fabricated, electronic components and assemblies per MRP action reports to meet AlterG business plan and forecast objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Maintain parts master information for assigned parts, determine lead time and make recommendations for standard cost changes
• Work closely with Operations staff to expedite resolution of material shortages to maintain production requirements.
• Receive output from MRP system, interpret and place orders with approved suppliers for material to support production plan. Flexible to handle changing needs and purchasing requirements.
• Create and manage PO's to suppliers based upon actual demand
• Review production schedule and MRP action reports to ensure parts are received to maintain weekly production needs.
• Track open PO's for on-time delivery. Expedite as required. Ability to compare actual needs with system needs and purchase accordingly.
• Work with QC and supplier to disposition non-compliant items using MRB guidelines.
• Negotiate with suppliers on various cost-savings initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Minimum 5 years purchasing in an electronics manufacturing environment and/or engineering environment including knowledge of machined, sheet metal, paint, and plating and processes
• Solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems and applications, BOM structures, ECO's, and material planning procedures. NetSuite / Demand Caster knowledge a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work well across departmental lines, must interface with internal and external personnel at all levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications
• High School Degree required. AA Degree preferred, ISO also a plus.
