Director, DemandGen and Marketing Ops - US 20244DDGM
Great time to join a high-growth IoT Cybersecurity Bay area Series D startup recognized as one of the Fastest-Growing companies in NA on 2021 Deloitte Technology Fast 500.
You, the experienced marketer will and transform the outbound marketing function, including demand generation, field marketing and marketing operations globally. Also, you oversee the US, EMEA and APAC teams. You'll be the right-arm to the CMO.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the Company's marketing initiatives for demand generation, field and channel marketing
and marketing operations.
• Create the demand generation strategy and lead the marketing team in delivering impactful campaigns that
continue to deliver sales results.
• Oversee and enhance the Account-based Marketing (ABM) strategies and messaging to engage customers and i
increase marketing effectiveness.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for global lead generation efforts, including management of the
business development representatives (BDRs).
• Lead the marketing operations function, continually measure the level of success of marketing campaigns and
programs and make adjustments and recommendations to optimize marketing execution.
• Apply critical thinking to metrics to determine which marketing levers can be deployed to improve marketing
effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with GTM strategies in the field and to
deliver results for the global sales team and channel partners
• Employ common standards and practices for measurement and analysis of outbound marketing results across
all channels.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of related marketing leadership experience, in cybersecurity, ideally in Operational
Technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS) and/or IoT industries.
• Proven track record of success in delivering marketing and sales results in a high-growth environment.
• Deep experience-demand generation, field marketing, marketing operations, & ABM.
• Strategic thinker who can assess metrics and make enhancements to improve marketing.
• Strong leadership skills; capable of building, empowering, and developing the marketing team.
• Background in digital marketing.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; ability
to meet deadlines and work independently.

Encore Fellowships place highly-skilled, experienced professionals, nearing retirement, who wish to transition their skills, into social-purpose organizations, where they help nonprofits build capacity, and ultimately, have a greater impact on their communities. Fellows commit to 1,000 hours of work over 6 to 12 months. They are paid a stipend of $20,000 and are integrated into the nonprofit's leadership team.

Encore Fellow CFO: Primary Role and Responsibilities

The CFO will report directly to the President and CEO as an advisor and thought partner responsible for all fiscal financial reporting, financial analyses, and management of outsourced bookkeeping.


· Supervise account, budget preparation and audit functions

· Direct the preparation of all financial statements

· Create and present financial reports for Board of Directors meetings

· Support grant writing activities by providing necessary financial reports

· Review planning process and suggest improvements to current methods

· Analyze operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing or elimination

· Work with the Executive Team to coordinate planning and establish priorities

· Study long-range economic trends and project impact on future growth in sales and market share

· Identify opportunities for expansion into new program or service areas

· Oversee investment of funds and work with bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion

· Successful track record (25 years+) as senior finance professional

· Excellent management and supervisory skills, analytical and organization skills

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

A creative mindset and ability to generate new ideas

· Accustomed to prioritizing, executing, and achieving results in lean environments, thrives in a collaborative environment
· A belief in the mission of JACCC


Education:

· Advanced degree in Business Administration, Account or Finance required

· Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
