Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Global Channel Marketing Programs Manager to work with cross functional teams on product launches, sales plays and global initiatives to be the voice of the channel.

This is a full time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S.

What you will do:

Work across GTM campaign teams to develop, package & deliver channel content including co-brandable assets
Ability to write effective partner campaign materials, as needed
Act as marketing liaison with the Partner Experience team on communications
Coordinate global key initiatives including Global Partner Concierge program
Report back from Campaigns teams to Field team, work with GEO marketing leads on program utilization & deliverables
Regularly update marketing pages on Partner Portal and internal pages
Stay within quarterly budget allocation
Ensure marketing programs & tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
Focus on executing impactful campaigns and key projects including quarterly Global Marketing prime webinars, Partner Marketing Global Concierge Program, manage logistics for Global Channel promos & promo council, liaison for the Marketing Data Science team for channel marketing metrics
Foster creativity and find new ways to market with partner teams
Define and implement partner marketing strategy & updates for the Partner Portal

You're a great fit if you have:

5+ years of partner program management experience for a high-tech company
Experience working with channel sales organizations
Solid understanding of partner business models, especially MSPS, SIs, VARs and distributors
Background in Network Security is a strong plus
Ability to work independently and lead teams to complete projects and major initiatives
Salesforce.com experience
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal & presentation skills
Exceptional leadership skills
Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience

Skills in HR are needed.

Stipends are between $20-35K per year depending on geography.

1) Multiple Fellowships in Human Resources Management, 100% Remote: For San Francisco Bay Area nonprofits focused on the arts and summer programs for kids. Fellows will manage all aspects of HR Operations including employee orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
