Encore Fellowships match seasoned business professionals, who are US citizens, typically age 50+, with 20+ years experience in their field, and considering or in retirement, to positions in social impact organizations, for 1000 hour fellowships (usually part-time for a year).

Stipends are $25K per year depending on geography.

An Internal Communications Encore Fellow is needed by a Bay Area nonprofit to develop clear, concise notifications to employees including, but not limited to: COVID-19 notifications to employees and impacted groups, safety and/or security communications, general non-scheduled building closures. Additionally, establish processes and a body of templates for use regarding routine as well as special circumstance communications. Stipends are between $20-35K per year depending on geography.

1) Multiple Fellowships in Human Resources Management, 100% Remote: For San Francisco Bay Area nonprofits focused on the arts and summer programs for kids. Fellows will manage all aspects of HR Operations including employee orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Familiarity with CA state employment laws is required. California candidates are preferred but applicants anywhere in the US will be considered. Learn more at www.encore.org/fellowships.

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a second act in the social impact sector? Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in nonprofit organizations for US Citizens, typically age 50+, with 20 plus years of professional experience, who wish to or are considering retirement and to move to the nonprofit sector. Fellowships are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, and include a $25,000 stipend for the hours, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

If you have skills in IT and 20+ years of progressive experience, a nonprofit needs your IT talent.

San Francisco Bay Area candidates are preferred but others outside the area will be considered as well

A Chief Technologist Fellow, 100% Remote, is needed for a San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit focused on summer programs for kids in underserved communities.

The Fellow will manage strategy and implementation of technology to meet the organization's needs around their products. Bay Area candidates are preferred but applicants anywhere in the US will be considered.
