Our client, a veterinary organization, is seeking a Director of Finance. This role is remote yet does require traveling for site visits. The Director of Finance would be responsible for driving and improving the overall financial operations of the organization. This will include implementing financial strategies, enhancing stakeholder relationships, increasing revenue, and managing debt. The Director of Finance will partner with other department leaders and implement tools in order to create better reporting to ensure strong financial decision making in the future.

Financial Responsibilities:
• Direct and implement financial planning and strategy
• Develop key financial models and prepare forecasts
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures and the related documentation for record-keeping compliance
• Develop and implement accounting policies
• Proactively set financial targets and report on financial performance
• Own, drive and lead the annual budget process along with routine forecast processes
• Monitor expenditures and advise leaders on budget considerations
• Oversee audit and tax functions, and manage tax compliance
• Oversight of payroll process and accuracy
• Financial reporting

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Direct/manage the finance team
• Conduct weekly check-ins with the finance team
• Conduct performance reviews with the finance team and align the performance management process set by HR to mentor, coach and develop team members
• Participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of finance team members
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant finance and management experience with increasing responsibility
• Strong leadership skills, including proven ability to manage teams
• Working knowledge of accounting software, Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex financial data
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional numerical and mathematical proficiency

Channel Impact is hiring a Public Sector Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be working side-by-side with our client to develop and deliver marketing initiatives aimed at Education, State & Local Government, and Federal customers. The ideal candidate is a marketing expert that has a positive attitude, collaborative skill set, and enjoys interfacing daily with the sales organization. This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

This is a remote worker role for candidates living in the Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do:
-Define the end-to-end segment strategy and document in annual and quarterly marketing plans
-Establish supporting marketing objectives and KPIs and coordinate with across supporting teams to ensure alignment
-Partner with sales and field marketing teams to understand segment priorities and goals
-Own the "value proposition" for the client's Public Sector story and ensure strategy and content clearly articulate that value proposition
-Support channel marketing team and establish and scale key marketing campaigns/resources for channel partners.
-Partner with the global content team on planning and execution of campaigns to ensure PS audiences are represented and marketing goals are met
-Enable direct and channel sales force with audience insights, campaign strategy, and specific collateral to effectively support the go-to-market strategy
-Manage the quarterly marketing budget and associated operational activities
-Educate sales and channel partners about marketing opportunities, best practices, and techniques

What you bring: 
-5+ years of B2B marketing experience
-Previous experience working with the Public Sector segment
-Previous experience working with indirect channel partners
-Experience and knowledge of partner programs
-Experience with an analytics-based or data-driven approach to marketing
-Budget management experience
-Executive communication and oral skills
-A super collaborative and positive attitude in a fast paced and dynamic environment
-BS in Marketing or Business administration
