WorkBoard (https://www.workboard.com ) is a results management platform that helps companies align strategic priorities and localize objectives through key results (OKRs). 

 

We are in a hiring frenzy and looking to bring on two senior contract recruiters.

You must have at least 7 years of high-volume recruiting experience with high-growth startups. You will be working on a small, but mighty team - we’ve hired 68 people so far this year. Over 150 employees total.

 

1. Technical Recruiter:
We are moving from legacy PHP to nodejs on the backend, React on the front end, on Azure cloud platform mongoDB.

 

2. GTM Recruiter:
Must be sales and marketing focused.

[KIT-list] SSRS Report Developer (Remote)

Probo Data Group has an amazing long term contractor opportunity and is seeking a part time report developer (20 hours per week). Probo Data Group is a growing Silicon Valley based software company that works to automate our customers business processes. Our passion is to simplify a complicated workflow process so our customers can be more productive. 

 

Candidate must have 5+ years' experience working with SQL Server Reporting Services.  Having SQL skills and working with stored procedures is a plus.  Must be able to work with a small team of software and database engineers to make the project successful. 

 

Primary skills must include:

·       SQL Server Reporting Services (SQL2016, SQL2019)

·       Good report layout and design skills

Preferred skills include:

·       Microsoft SQL Server

·       Stored procedures and SQL coding skills

·       Analytical, verbal and written communication skills

Encore Fellowships are available for those considering retirement, with 20+ years of progressive work experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act.

A large Bay Area nonprofit that provides essential services to underserved communities requires a Human Resources Projects Fellow. Remote, Bay Area Candidates preferred.

Responsibilities in HR Projects include:
- Develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies
- Develop people management training manual
- Oversee HR operations

Stipend: $25K for 1000 hours, with the possibility of extension

Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months.

Work Location: 100% REMOTE

Bay Area candidates preferred but qualified applicants outside the Bay Area or in other states will be considered.

Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Applicants apply to be considered as a Fellow and matches are made based on skills, interest, and availability of positions at non-profit hosts, continually throughout the year. Fellowships are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, and include a $25,000 stipend, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.
