Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing requests and functional specifications documents to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements.
• Prepare system requirements document
• Provide detail design solutions with guidance from the lead architect
• Responsible for maintaining superior standards for productivity and service quality and ensure adherence to customer service level agreements.
• Create user interface designs (including form, pages and associated business rules) in conjunction with Graphic Artists and Specification Writers.
• Responsible for software design includes the development of system flowcharts, process specifications, interface definition, static structures, sequence diagrams and other artifacts as needed to complete the definition of the software solution.
• Participate in requirements gathering within complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
• Create new content for standards and test the application of new standards through complex prototypes, reference models
• Document System and User Acceptance Test plans
• Log client issues and clarifies functionality with clients.
• Update current application process and recommend improvements

Qualifications:
================
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS; 3 years as a systems analyst.
• Update/Maintain required systems documentation, following the documentation standards where applicable
• UML modeling, RUP and/or Rational Rose design abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good command of English either spoken or written
• Knowledge of reporting packages and relationship to database design and analytical transaction based work.
• Functional understanding of educational and learning process
• Knowledge in .Net and any programming skills preferred
• Possess extensive analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience interacting with all levels of middle and low level management preferred
