Change Management and Communications / Training consultant - at a leading Silicon Valley networking firm.
Position is at Bay area´s largest networking firm.
Start date - IMMEDIATE.

Important Notes:
• This is not a senior role; we are not looking for experience in significant Organizational design or strategy consulting etc.


• It's a reasonably straight forward role where we would ideally be looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in change management / communications and training areas; working close;y with project teams to support their releases.
• Please apply only if you have the necessary background and also the rate is acceptable to you – makes it easier for both of us.
• You must be eligible to work in this country – we do not sponsor or convert H1B visas.
• Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with experience in Finance or Pricing functions may receive stronger consideration; however, candidates with other industry backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.


Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:

• Develop change management, communications and training plans to support releases.
• Conduct impact assessment.
• Drive adoption by of leveraging change management best practices, communications vehicles.
• Develop supporting collateral (communication schedules, walking decks, videos, content to add to collaborative applications and internal websites) for the project teams/department
• Create PowerPoint decks, organization charts, release milestones related slides, updates to intranet websites and collaboration sites
• Create release comms, any quarterly newsletters, executive communications (as necessary), executive video script and videos if required
• Support All Hands content development, and All Hands PPT development
• Work with Training teams, may be required to create quick reference guides or other training materials
• Work with cross functional team to ensure alignment and compliance
• Plan and execute executive events as needed

Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 2 + years of relevant experience with skills in Change Management / Communications / training and hands on experience in creating necessary plans and artifacts.
• Hi-tech Industry experience with Finance or Pricing background is a plus
• Must possess excellent soft skills and be able to establish coordinal working relationship with client manager and team members while also being assertive enough to be effective.
• Experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts and methodologies.
• Good written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills
• Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Bachelors or Master's Degree required

ASSOCIATE BRAND PROJECT MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION

Placement & Reporting Lines:
This position reports to the Brand Project Manager.

Summary of the Role:
This is a new and exciting role responsible for delivering marketing projects within agreed cost, schedule and performance requirements. This role is will be a key enabler in the development and implementation of global strategic marketing plans for a key product category, as well as an enabler in the development and activation of integrated marketing programs in the region for other product categories within the Logitech product portfolio.

In the role as a Global Brand Project Manager, he/she will support the Brand Team (Brand Director, Brand Managers, and Associate Brand Managers) in implementing the global strategy and planning for the category; project manage advertising and packaging initiatives through the defined gate process for marketing projects; help to manage the day to day to agency relationships; works closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, product innovation, product marketing, GMO, regional marketing, marketing operations, supply chain to coordinate deliverables and ensure global projects are on schedule, cost and meeting our desired goals for the initiatives.

In addition, he/she will help activate and implement the globally developed marketing plans in the region. The Associate Brand Project Manager will manage the implementation of marketing efforts in the region; ensure excellence in in-market activation; coordinate reporting on brand business performance and post-promotion analysis.

Expected delivery:

Global Product Category Responsibilities
• Provide operational oversight and direction for implementing marketing initiatives that maximize efficiencies, reduce cost and minimize risk – both for the global as well as for the region's projects.
• Act as marketing operations project expert, developing requirements and business case documents, performing quality assurance testing, prioritizing projects, and managing resources across numerous projects at any given time.
• Work and coordinate with marketing and other business units to establish metrics, goals, and quality control standards that improve campaign performance.
• Maintain deep understanding of systems and provide data road map.
• Create and maintain reliable, timely and accurate reports.
• Communicate status of projects and implementations.
• Constantly work to improve information flows and processes.
• Ensure consistent way of working.
• Work and coordinate with marketing and other business units to establish metrics, goals, and quality control standards that improve campaign performance.

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in consumer marketing.

• Exceptional communication skills: ability to provide timely and concise program and project status information adapted to different levels & audiences within the organization. Ability to clearly communicate marketing priorities. Knowledge of other languages a plus.
• Leadership skills: ability to present a realistic view of the project status at all times; ability to manage and motivate team members towards the objective of the program; commands respect rather than demands respect

Position Summary:

Looking for a Programmer Analyst who can support client's Workday implementation, with a focus on the most strategic and complex projects. Position requires Analyst to work closely with the client's project team to ensure the successful deployments of various integration products, tools, and services. Programmer Analyst will help manage the integration deliverables associated with Workday implementation projects. Programmer Analyst should have deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of Workday's various integration technologies, Workday's Implementation methodology, and will combine those skills to drive integration deployment successes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Integration solutions in Workday
