* Understand, improve and debug legacy code
* Windows 2003/2008 Server Management
* Database Management ensuring zero downtime
* Design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
* Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge
The ideal candidate should
* Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or IT (MBA, MCS and IT Certifications will be preferred)
